Jennette is the Wellness Leader for Joyful Vida Wellness & Retreats in Costa Rica. The Team at Joyful Vida aspires through wellness and retreat experiences happiness and peace in Costa Rica for participants. In the environment of Costa Rica, the Joyful Vida Team provides participants the opportunity to uplift the mind, heart, spirit and soul that leads to internal joy. Jennette and the Joyful Vida Team bring forth knowledge of the Costa Rican culture, and they can provide insights into Costa Rica’s Blue Zone principles. Costa Rica was the 1st country Jennette ventured to in college as a volunteer in a rural community clinic, and she learned about the Costa Rican culture with a host family and the community.

She has a deep passion for improving health and wellness. She has also traveled to countries in Asia, Europe, and Canada. Thus far, she has visited Blue Zone areas of Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica, Loma Linda, California, Singapore, and Sardinia, Italy. As a Wellness Leader, she enjoys bringing peace, relaxation, and healing energies for participants and the Global Retreat Team.
