Mariah is a trauma and IFS therapist, educator, and PhD candidate in Counselor Education & Supervision who bridges neuroscience, embodiment, and leadership in her work. As the North Carolina Ambassador, she’s passionate about creating spaces where nervous system repair meets global connection.



Through her background in trauma-informed intensives, somatic therapy, and resilience research, Mariah helps shape retreats that are inclusive, evidence-informed, and deeply restorative. She brings an energetic blend of clinical depth, creativity, and heart to the Global Retreat Team🌴, helping turn big visions into grounded, accessible healing experiences.
