Olivia Stewart,

Resident in Counseling

Olivia Stewart holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and Art Therapy from Virginia Health Sciences at Old Dominion University. She also earned her bachelor's degree in fine arts from Christopher Newport University. Her journey with art began in early childhood, inspired by her grandmother, a painter who nurtured her creativity. Through her own healing journey, Olivia discovered the profound ways art fosters growth, expression, and recovery—an experience that shaped her deep belief in art’s unique ability to bring healing and connection.

Olivia works with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She integrates talk therapy with art therapy, offering clients a powerful avenue for healing when words alone may not be enough. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel seen, understood, and empowered to move forward with hope and confidence.
